A Factory Name We Earned
Long before we were a sandwich shop, we were a factory: the kind that supplies Chicago’s grocery stores with corned beef, not the kind that cuts corners. Since 1948, that’s meant one standard: top-grade meat, cured and prepared the old-school way, every single batch.
Today, that same corned beef, plus hand-carved pastrami, Italian beef, and a menu of classic deli sandwiches, is served fresh at our shops in West Chicago, Woodstock, and Maywood. No shortcuts, no filler, no “close enough.” Just a family business making the same product it’s made for over 75 years, and finally letting you eat it warm.
